Albany Valuation Services - Opteon has been an established independent real estate valuation practice since 1986 operating throughout the Great Southern Region of Western Australia. The partners of the business include Grant Solomon, who has a Diploma in Agriculture, an Associate Diploma in Valuation and is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute. Ian Rae joined the business in 2003 with an Associate Diploma in Valuation and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. The partners have each had some 27 years valuation experience and maintain continuing professional development certification. As members of the API, our Valuers are bound by a code of ethics and rules of conduct including provisions relating to confidentiality.

We provide the most professional and experienced service within the Great Southern Region, having extensive local knowledge and the ability to service clients throughout the region in rural, residential, commercial and industrial property sectors and are backed by an extensive database of sales and property information.

Albany Valuation Services - Opteon has undertaken in excess of 30,000 engagements for numerous clients including the major four banks and a variety of smaller financial institutions, together with various government departments. We also provide expert advice in matters under litigation and are recognised by Courts of Law as expert interpreters of the property market.
