Albany Valuation Services has been established
since 1986 and operates throughout the Great Southern Region of
Western Australia. The partners of the business include the major
shareholder GRANT SOLOMON, who has a Diploma in
Agriculture from Muresk Agricultural College, an Associate Diploma
in Valuation from the West Australian Institute of Technology and
is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute. IAN RAE joined
the business in 2003, with an Associate Diploma in Valuation and
is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
The scope of work carried out by Albany Valuation Services includes
rural, residential, commercial and industrial property valuation.
The partners have each had some 25 years valuation experience,
with Grant Solomon having worked as a Senior Valuer with both Richard
Ellis and Jones Lang Wootton in Perth, as well as being a Property
Analyst for Growth Equities Mutual. Ian Rae has been extensively
involved in residential valuation work throughout metropolitan
Perth and major centres extending from Esperance in the south to
Kununurra in the north.
